At BASH Properties, our mission is to transform houses into homes and deliver reliable solutions for homeowners. We specialize in fix-and-flip projects, renovations for homeowners, and creative real estate solutions that provide value for both sellers and buyers.

Our Story

BASH Properties was founded in 2024 by Brent Harrison and his daughter Sydney.What began as conversations about real estate quickly grew into a shared vision: to help homeowners facing challenges while revitalizing properties and communities. With Brent’s 30+ years in construction and project management and Sydney’s entrepreneurial spirit, they created a company grounded in honesty, integrity, and results.With support from industry mentors and the SubTo Real Estate Community, BASH Properties launched in August 2024. By early 2025, Sydney had transitioned from studying Business at Toccoa Falls College into working full-time in the family business, helping drive operations and growth.

Meet the Founders

Brent Harrison – Founder & Managing Partner

Brent is a licensed General Contractor, Electrical Contractor, and Project Management Professional (PMP). His career spans more than three decades, from hands-on electrical construction to leading global engineering and construction projects. Today, he channels that experience into delivering high-quality renovations, efficient project management, and dependable service for BASH Properties.

Sydney Harrison – Co-Founder

Sydney began shaping her business foundation while studying Business at Toccoa Falls College. In early 2025, she transitioned full-time into BASH Properties, where her fresh perspective, organizational skills, and drive for entrepreneurship now play a key role in daily operations and long-term strategy.
